North Cascades - Mt Baker
Blueberry | Subalpine Fir | Honey
4 Pack / June 2026
$23.99
This drink is born from fire underneath ice. Mount Baker is a volcano, magma forcing its way upward through the crust, building a cone that now carries more glacial ice than any peak in the North Cascades. At the upper edge of what the forest can tolerate, subalpine fir grows in krummholz formations. Blueberry grows among them, waiting beneath eight months of snow, then fruiting in a compressed summer so short the berries ripen with an almost reckless concentration of flavor. Wildflower honey emerges from the alpine meadows that continue to grow despite their existence being at the upper limit of life. This is Mount Baker.
