The Ridgeline Collection is born from a place where volcanic soils meet glacial scars and the wind traces the contours of ancient ridges. This drink carries the depth of heirloom cherry varietals, its sweetness is sharpened by cold nights and long summers. To this, we add ginger, grown in the folds of the same land, its warmth cutting through the cherry’s richness. Tapping into the winter thaw, we use maple syrup which brings balance and depth.
